As many of you know, we lost our IBCA/IHBA 2022 State President & dear friend Allen Dykes this past March. For all of us who were lucky enough to know Allen, it was no secret that he was probably the kindest person many of us had ever had the pleasure of knowing.
All of us in this industry are in the business of building homes and communities. Communities gather around our neighbors and friends when life throws its curve balls. As support for Allen’s family we are asking help from our members to fund a scholarship for Allen’s two daughters.

NAHB Urges for Immediate Guidance on WOTUS
EPA proposed a revised #WOTUS rule sometime prior to Sept. 1, 2023. NAHB Chairman Alicia Huey issued a letter urging for immediate guidance amid a nationwide freeze on processing requests for approved jurisdictional determinations.
“Land acquisition, permit processing and home building cannot be paused until Sept. 1,” Huey stated. MORE>>
