Tell Congress to Repeal the Biden “WOTUS” Rule
Congress will vote this week to repeal President Biden’s onerous and costly “Waters of the U.S.” rule. The nation’s home builders and developers deserve a clear and cost-effective rule that creates a predictable permitting process while protecting the nation's waterways and housing affordability.  

 

Call or write your Member of Congress and

ask they vote YES on H.J. Res 27.

Associates Meeting Today 3:00 at Avimor

We would like to invite you all out to tour Avimor. Please meet us at the Community Center at 3:00 p.m. Dan Ritcher, 2023 IHBA President will be our guest speaker, explaining the watering system and other features of Avimor. Following the meeting plan to join us at Spring Creek Brewing Company 18651 N. Streams Edge Way for Fun and Fellowship.

BCASWI Scholarship Applications Due...

It’s time to start filling out your applications for the BCASWI Scholarship. This scholarship fund is available due to the efforts of the BCASWI sales and marking council’s SAM Tram fundraising event. It was established to provide a way to recognize worthy students within our Association “family” each year.
 

We Need Swag for our NEW Welcome Program!

Do you have a personalized item to add to a welcome swag bag to introduce your business to our new Association members? Promotional marketing items and special offers for members will go into bags that will be delivered to welcome all new members. Approximately 60 items needed for the year.
