2025 Spring Parade of Homes Contract Signing Party & Magazine Auction

Description

Join Builders and Associates for an Italian dinner provided by Caffe Luciano's at the 2025 Spring Parade of Homes Contract Signing, and the Magazine Auction at Sheridan Home & Patio. This exclusive, member-only event requires pre-registration. Individual tickets are $36.


The evening will begin with registration and a reception (no-host bar) at 5:30 pm, followed by dinner at 6:15 pm, and the Parade of Homes Magazine Auction.

$75 Associate Vendor Table Sponsorship: Bring a Raffle Item, Table & Vendor Display/Marketing.

Dessert Sponsor: Provide dessert or $250. 

$900 Builder Dinner Sponsorship: Buy the dinner for the Builders
