As of 2024, new members who are 45 or younger qualify for a discounted rate of $75 for a one-year membership. After the first year a $300 discount on due will be given for the next three years. New members cannot have been members of the BCASWI in the past two years to qualify. Builders still pay an additional $40 for each permit issued in 2023.
