DESCRIPTION:Trade & Builder Panel at Renaissance High School\n\nJoin us as industry professionals connect with West Ada Career & Technical Education (CTE) students at Renaissance High School for an engaging Trade & Builder Panel. Students will have the opportunity to hear firsthand about careers in the construction industry\, learn about different career paths\, and gain insight into the skills and experiences that lead to success in the trades and building professions.\n\nDuring the panel\, representatives from local trade and building companies will answer questions developed by students as part of an in-class assignment. This unique format encourages meaningful conversation and gives students a chance to explore topics that matter most to them as they consider future career opportunities.\n\nInterested in Participating?\n\nIf you are a trade or builder member interested in serving as a panelist\, please contact Shannon Gregg at sgregg@bcaswi.org.\n\nMembers who would like to assist with the event or learn more about the Workforce Development Committee and its efforts to connect students with careers in the construction industry are also encouraged to reach out to Shannon.
