PWB Fall Family Fun Night & Chili Cook Off

Description

As a thank you to all of you that have supported us this year the PWB are hosting an evening of appreciation and fall family fun. Enjoy fall fare, chili and dogs, carnival booths and festive fun for the family. This event is for members and their family and friends. There is no cost to attend but please register so we can plan accordingly.

On event day bring a crock pot full of chili goodness to be voted on and to share.

Associates and PWB members we have FREE Opportunity to host a fall activity booth please sign up as a Booth Sponsor HERE>> There is NO COST for booths, we ask that each booth host a fall activity with family friendly fun, goodies and/or prizes. There are ONLY10 booths available with first come first choice on activities so we don't duplicate. Please email Evette at Esyverson@BCASWI.org booth details as soon as you have a plan. Set up is at 4:00 on event day. (If you need more than 1/2 hour for set up email us for set up options).

Please note our Associates Council will be hosting our "Ask a Builder Panel" before our evening celebrations so we hope you will also register HERE>>> to attend that event.


Time

Booth Set up at 4:00 pm Fall fun and family activities begin at 4:30 pm Chili cook off and voting begin at 5:00 pm (if you need extra time to get kiddos picked up). Thank yous, CTE trades program and check presentation with Jesse tree to follow dinner at 6:00 pm.

WaFD Bank Meeker Campus

We will be in the grassy area and patio in the back. Please follow event signage for parking and directions.
