Concrete Finisher

Overview

The Concrete Finisher will play a vital role in residential concrete construction projects, performing tasks with precision under the supervision of the Site Manager. This position involves preparing sites, handling equipment, and applying concrete finishing expertise to ensure smooth, level, and durable surfaces using a variety of specialized tools.

Responsibilities

• Set forms accurately to shape concrete structures
• Pour concrete efficiently and safely
• Finish surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and joint cutting
• Prepare job sites and manage equipment handling
• Operate standard hand tools, power trowels, screeds, and specialized finishing equipment
• Conduct quality control to meet project standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete finishing
• Valid Driver's License

Pay Range & Job Type

$25-$32/hour
