Custom Home Superintendent

This full-time Superintendent role at Tradewinds General Contracting, Inc. in Boise, ID, involves overseeing all on-site aspects of custom home construction projects. • Manage all phases of the on-site construction project
• Ensure quality workmanship and adhere to project schedules
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers
• Motivate and lead the construction team to achieve project goals
• Manage client experience during construction

 Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Residential Construction, and Quality Control
• Construction Safety and Budgeting expertise
• Proven experience in project management and on-site supervision
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and specs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Relevant certifications or training in construction management
